I'm sure you thought by now as the decisive, going-it-alone mom person that I am, I'd have ordered bunk beds and had them assembled already.
I'm a wobbler on this one.
I think I have it down to two that I can order on-line and then, the remaining option of going to the state capital and looking at the factory made ones there.
I'm sad there isn't a staircase, but unless I want to go custom built or choose and entire style that I don't like, I'm out of luck on that. And, frankly, if I buy a bed without a staircase and figure out I need one, I could find someone to build a nice set and call it a day, I'm sure.
I think now that the girls are in the bigger of the two bedrooms, this would be a viable option. Not sure I could fit them in the room un-bunked, however, and still have the room they need to play.
This would be a nice option so that should we move and everyone has their own room, each girl would have a full-sized bed.
I'm not sure which of these I like better. There is only a little bit of difference in price. Again, we're missing the stairs that I wish I had, but I'm beginning to think we can't always have everything we want.
My nephew will be making an appearance very soon. Thus, I am not very thrilled that I'm starting to feel something coming on respiratory-wise. I'm going to swill some Nyquil tonight and perhaps take some Mucinex too. I want to stop whatever this is in its tracks. I have a visit to my doctor scheduled for Thursday. Ick!
I do not have time to be sick. Period.
Oh, and it goes without saying that I'm looking for your undying adoration for my choices of bunk beds in comments.
