Oh, wait! It IS Christmas!!
Thanks to each of you for stopping by, sharing your lives and becoming a part of mine.
Today, we're thinking of my cousin, B, as he serves our country with his Marine unit in Iraq. Merry Christmas--we love you, we miss you and we are so very proud of you!!
My girls both made lovely gifts. M1 made me a necklace and M2 made a tealight candle holder as well as a message board. SO NICE!! (I'll post photos later).
My first mother-in-law sent me a sweater with a shirt to wear underneath as well as a necklace--but, I think my favorite part of the whole gift was a kitchen towel with a fish on it...it says "Beyond a Reasonable Trout." She always finds funny/meaningful gifts like that to make the recipient giggle.
We're bustling to try and leave the house to make it to my aunt's in time. Always rushing somewhere! The kids are hoping the dog will leave the gingerbread house and all their goodies alone...I'm placing them high in hopes the dogs won't be able to reach. They are quite ridiculous about all the gifts that don't belong to them.
